Privacy Policy for Kingdom Rise

This policy explains what happens to your information when you play Kingdom Rise (package com.kingdomrise.game), published by IM NORTHSTAR LABS.

The short version: Kingdom Rise does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. There are no accounts and no sign-up. Your game progress is saved only on your own device. The single exception is advertising, which is served by Google AdMob and described in full below.

Information we collect

We collect nothing. IM NORTHSTAR LABS operates no servers for this game and receives no data from it. Kingdom Rise does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, or any other personal information, because it has no feature that uses them.

The app contains no analytics, no crash reporting, and no tracking software of any kind.

Your game progress

Your kingdom, resources, army, heroes and settings are saved in local storage on your own device. This data never leaves your device and is not visible to us or to anyone else.

Uninstalling the app permanently deletes this saved data. Because it is stored only on your device, it cannot be recovered afterwards, and we have no copy of it.

Advertising

Kingdom Rise displays advertising supplied by Google AdMob, a Google service. Ads are optional rewarded videos and occasional interstitials. Google acts as an independent data controller for this advertising.

To select and measure ads, Google may collect and process:

your device's advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID);
device information such as model, operating system version and language;
your IP address, from which an approximate location may be derived;
information about ads shown, such as views and interactions.

This data is collected by Google, not by IM NORTHSTAR LABS. We never receive it and have no access to it. Google's handling of this information is governed by its own policy: policies.google.com/privacy. See also how Google uses data from apps that use its services.

Your choices about advertising

You control the advertising identifier on your own device:

Reset it — Android Settings → Privacy → Ads → Reset advertising ID. This disconnects future advertising from your past activity.
Turn off personalised ads — Android Settings → Privacy → Ads → Delete advertising ID or Opt out of Ads Personalisation. You will still see ads, but they will not be personalised.

Watching a rewarded ad is always voluntary. Declining one never prevents you from playing or progressing in the game.

Internet access

Kingdom Rise is fully playable offline. The app requests internet permission for one purpose only: loading advertisements. No gameplay data, save data, or personal information is ever transmitted over the internet.

Children

Kingdom Rise is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through this app, please contact us and we will address it — though as described above, the app has no mechanism by which such information could be collected.

Data sharing and selling

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with anyone, because we do not hold any of your data. The only third party involved in the app is Google AdMob, as described in the Advertising section.

Data retention

IM NORTHSTAR LABS retains no user data whatsoever. Save data lives on your device for as long as the app is installed, under your control. Any data held by Google in connection with advertising is retained according to Google's own retention policies.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data held about you. Since IM NORTHSTAR LABS holds no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to retrieve or erase. For data collected by Google through advertising, please exercise those rights directly with Google using the links above, or use the device controls in "Your choices about advertising".

Purchases

Kingdom Rise is free to play. If in-app purchases are introduced in a future version, they will be processed entirely by Google Play. IM NORTHSTAR LABS would never receive or store your payment card details, and this policy will be updated before any such feature is released.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a revised "last updated" date. Material changes affecting how data is handled will be reflected here before the corresponding app update is released.
