How to request deletion
- Send an email to himageo1@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Benny's Farm account".
- Send it from, or include, the Google account email address you use to sign in to the game, so we can find your account.
- We will confirm by email and delete your account within 30 days.
You do not need to reinstall or open the game to make this request.
What is deleted
- Your Benny's Farm account (your Google account name, email address and user ID as stored by the game)
- Your cloud save: level, coins, gems, farm layout, orders and all other game progress
What is kept
- Records of in-app purchases are kept by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their own policies, as required for payments and tax. We do not hold your payment details.
- Advertising identifiers held by our ad partners (Unity LevelPlay and Unity Ads) are not linked to your game account. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings, or ask Unity directly via their privacy policy.
Progress saved only on your device is removed when you uninstall the game or clear its data.
