This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Benny's Farm: Village Life ("the Game"), published by IM NORTHSTAR LABS ("we", "us"), collects, uses and shares information. By playing the Game you agree to this policy.

We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, messages or files. All data is encrypted in transit.
The Game shows optional, reward-based advertisements: you only see an ad when you choose to watch one for a reward. Ads are delivered through Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) and Unity Ads, which may collect the information listed above under their own privacy policies: Unity Privacy Policy · ironSource Privacy Policy.
On iPhone and iPad, we ask for your permission before any tracking. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", only non-personalised ads are shown. On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads).
Benny's Farm is family-friendly and contains no gambling, violence or inappropriate content. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We keep your account and cloud save for as long as your account exists. You can ask us to delete your account and all associated data at any time — see Delete your account. Game progress saved only on your device is removed when you clear the Game's data or uninstall it.
Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored with Google Firebase, which protects it with industry-standard security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
